WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship to the continental United States at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Shipping rates are listed below.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders above $100! Shipping is approximately $10 to the US for purchases under $100.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Shipping time is dependent on location. Shipments within the United States will arrive in 3-5 business days. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. For full details regarding our return policy, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

Absolutely! You can exchange your product for another size as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your order. Don’t worry, shipping costs for size-related issues are on us!

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you have modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@swipeathletics.com after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

HOW CAN I BEST CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Detailed care instructions can be found on the label of your garment. To best care for your garment, cold wash with like colors then HANG DRY your garment. DO NOT bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean.

HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PRODUCT IS RESTOCKED?

If an item is sold out but has plans to be restocked, switch on the button under the product for you to request notification when the item is back in stock. If you don't see a place to be notified but want to request an item be brought back, please write to us and let us know at support@swipeathletics.com.
