Shipping

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates are listed below. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Shipping time is dependent on location.
All orders are shipped with full tracking. Once delivered, packages are the responsibility of the customer. Swipe Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.

Shipments within the United States will arrive within the selected time zone for your shipping method. Note that shipping for orders under two pairs (applicable on sale items only) is dependent on your selected shipping method. Shipping is free on all orders (two pairs or more). Shipping cost (if any) is non refundable. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@swipeathletics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at SwipeAthletics.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
